For satisfactory use of your oven, become familiar with the various pad functions of the oven as described below.
OVEN CONTROL FUNCTIONS
Oven control (for models with Quick Bake™ only)
Broil pad— Use to
select the variable
broil feature.
Bake pad—Use
to select the bake
feature.
Start time pad
Used to set the
desired start time
for baking & Self-
Clean. May be used
with Bake time to
program a delayed
bake cycle.
Bake time pad
Used to enter the
length of baking time
needed.
Self-clean pad
Use to set a Self-
Clean cycle.
Oven, preheat & door locked lights* — The "Oven" light
will glow each time the oven turns on to maintain the set oven
temperature. The "Preheat" light will glow when the oven is
first set to operate, or if the desired temperature is reset higher
than the actual oven temperature. The "Door locked" light will
flash when the oven door locks and unlocks, the oven door
lockout is active or when the Self-Clean cycle feature is active.
Feature indicator
lights— These lights
show which feature is
active.
Set clock pad
Used to set the time
of day.
Cancel pad— Use
to clear any feature
previously entered
except the time of
day and minute
timer. Press Cancel
to stop cooking.
Timer On/Off pad
Use to set or cancel
the minute timer. The
minute timer does not
start or stop cooking.
Also,
Timer On/Off pad is
used to set the
continuous bake
function.
Oven light pad
Use to turn the
interior oven light
ON or OFF.
Door lock icon pad
activates oven door
lockout settings.
